Security deposit / Payment of deposit
To make your arrival easier, we ask you to pay your deposit online. This must be paid approximately 10 days before the start of your stay, via the SWIKLY partner platform, to the value of €290, including €90 for the cleaning deposit. This deposit is made by a simple credit card imprint and is not debited from your account. The system is completely secure, easy to use and does not affect your bank account limit.
This deposit will be cancelled by the campsite within 3 days of your departure, provided that the accommodation is left clean and after deduction of any compensation for damage, unpaid services or loss of keys given to you on arrival.
To pay the deposit via SWIKLY, you need to send your e-mail directly to the campsite.
This online deposit is easy to use and allows you to check in quickly on the day of your arrival, so you don't have to wait too long at reception for the keys to be handed over.
If the deposit has not been paid before your arrival, you will not be able to use the "Fast check-in" service and you will have to go to reception to pay your deposit with a bank imprint.
Important reminders:
- When you make your booking before your stay, you must provide the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the participants in your stay, as well as a mobile phone number, an email address and the number of the vehicle's registration plate. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to take part, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children). The number and identity of participants may not be changed between the elements of the exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation. It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted.
