Everything was okay.
The baskets in the dishwasher need to be replaced as they are completely clogged and the rust particles are stuck to the dishes, so we had to wash everything by hand which was not very easy on holiday.

Camping Village Butterfly is ideally located in Peschiera del Garda, on the south-eastern shore of Italy's beautiful Lake Garda. This privileged location gives you direct access to the lake's beach, perfect for natural swimming and relaxation. What's more, the resort boasts a large aquatic area with a swimming pool for adults and a paddling pool with slides for the little ones, a real asset for a family holiday. The surrounding area is full of must-see sights: the fortified town of Peschiera del Garda is within easy reach on foot or by bike. You're also just a stone's throw away from a number of famous theme parks, including the renowned Gardaland and Canevaworld. The nearby railway station also offers easy excursions to major cities of art such as Verona and Venice.
Camping Village Butterfly focuses on leisure and entertainment for all. Sports facilities include a beach volleyball court, a 5-a-side football pitch and table tennis. Water sports activities are also available on nearby Lake Garda (canoe hire, bicycles, etc.). During the high season, the entertainment team offers a varied programme including fitness sessions, aquagym and sports tournaments. Children are also catered for at the Children's Club, which organises games, mini-discos and adapted entertainment, as well as a play area with swings and slides. In the evenings, shows, concerts and dance evenings are planned for gentle family entertainment.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the hotel offers a range of practical services and facilities. On site you will find the Butterfly Bistrot restaurant with a simple and varied menu, as well as a pizzeria offering authentic Italian flavours, with takeaway facilities. A mini-market is also available for your daily shopping. Other facilities include a laundry/ironing room (fee payable), supervised indoor parking (one space included per accommodation) and a childcare room. Wi-Fi is available on the campsite (at an additional cost). Pets are welcome in most of the accommodation and are provided with appropriate services, including collaboration with a veterinary clinic. There is also a charging point for electric cars.

IMPORTANT: A compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 30 euros is to be paid on arrival.
Car park
From 2026, no further vehicles will be permitted on the site. This measure is intended to reduce congestion and ensure unobstructed access for emergency vehicles at all times. Consequently, any additional vehicles will have to be parked outside the site, in the local car parks situated around the lake.
Barbecue ban
From today until the end of the season, barbecues are no longer permitted for fire safety reasons.

Dog owners must carry a muzzle and be covered by third-party liability insurance.
