The campsite was perfect, but unfortunately we couldn’t get hold of our agency until 4 pm. That was definitely too late, and we hadn’t been told this in advance. Even before the holiday, the agency was difficult to contact and would only answer any questions by phone, not by email. Furthermore, there was no TV in our accommodation, even though the mount was there; when we asked about it, we were simply told that this is the case in some mobile homes. That sort of thing is very annoying.
The rest of the facilities and the cleanliness were great, and the whole site was very clean too.
