What do I do if I arrive late? Notify and call the campsite directly the day before or the same day before 12 noon. You will be asked to pay your deposit online via a "Home to pay" link sent by the campsite. The barrier access codes and details of how to collect your mobile home will be sent to you by e-mail. The gate to the campsite is closed from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning.
Important reminders:
- When you make your reservation before your stay, you must provide the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the participants in your stay, as well as a mobile phone number and an e-mail address. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to stay, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children). No changes may be made to the number or identity of participants between the information on the booking exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation. It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted.
- Conditions relating to external guests: the mobile home rental holder may not invite more than 2 external guests per day. For safety reasons, the mobile home rental holder must inform the campsite reception before the guests arrive. The price of the day pass is €10/day/person, payable directly to the campsite reception. Guests may enter the campsite and use the communal areas with the exception of the swimming pool area: guests do not have access to the swimming pool. Guests must comply with the campsite rules. Guests' vehicles will be parked in the outside car park at the entrance to the campsite.
- All taxes and deposits must be paid on site. Other taxes inherent to certain campsites and not specified below may be requested locally.
- Cleaning to be done by you, including cleaning of the plancha (or with optional extra charge if the service is available on site).
- Please read the campsite rules and regulations on arrival and ensure that they are complied with during your stay.
- We would remind you that, for fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to connect an electric car to the mobile home's power supply.

What do I do if I arrive late? Notify and call the campsite directly before 12 noon the day before or the same day. You will be asked to pay your deposit online via a "Home to pay" link sent by the campsite.
Important reminder:
- When booking your holiday, you must provide the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the participants in your holiday, as well as a mobile phone number and an email address. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to take part, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children). No changes may be made to the number or identity of participants between the information on the booking exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation. It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted.
- Sheets and towels not included.
- All optional services must be booked before departure and paid for on site, subject to availability.
- Conditions relating to external guests: the mobile-home rental holder may not invite more than 2 external guests per day. For safety reasons, the mobile home rental holder must inform the campsite reception before the guests arrive. The price of the day pass is €10/day/person, payable directly to the campsite reception. Guests may enter the campsite and use the communal areas with the exception of the swimming pool area: guests do not have access to the swimming pool. Guests must comply with the campsite rules. Guests' vehicles will be parked in the outside car park at the entrance to the campsite.
- All taxes and the deposit must be paid on site, except in the case of late arrival with pre-payment requested via the online payment platform. Other taxes inherent to certain campsites and not specified below may be requested locally.
- Cleaning to be done by you, including cleaning of the plancha (or with optional extra charge if the service is available on site).
- Please read the campsite rules and regulations on arrival and ensure that they are complied with during your stay.
- We would remind you that, for fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to connect an electric car to the mobile home's power supply.

What do I do if I arrive late? Notify and call the campsite directly before 12 noon the day before or the same day. You will be asked to pay your deposit online via a "Home to pay" link sent by the campsite.
Important reminder:
- When booking your holiday, you must provide the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the participants in your holiday, as well as a mobile phone number and an email address. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to take part, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children). No changes may be made to the number or identity of participants between the information on the booking exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation. It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted.

- Conditions relating to external guests: the mobile-home rental holder may not invite more than 2 external guests per day. Guests may enter the campsite and use the communal areas with the exception of the swimming pool area: guests do not have access to the swimming pool. Guests must comply with the campsite rules. A beautiful aquatic area with a harmonious design offers relaxation and swimming, with its 2 outdoor pools heated to 28°C from early May to mid-September: A first lagoon pool including a relaxation area with massaging benches and a shallower paddling pool for the little ones. A 2nd pool more suited to swimming and doing laps, so you can enjoy your holiday while keeping fit. 1 waterslide for the more adventurous. There's something for everyone in the family to enjoy - swimming, splashing around and having fun. It's a real bubble of coolness that's much appreciated on a hot summer's day! To perfect your tan, take a seat on one of the deckchairs with their armrests outstretched, with the calm and charm of the ponds in the background... the perfect break after a hectic day of sightseeing! Dates and opening times of the outdoor pool area : From early May to mid-September, subject to good weather conditions 10am to 7pm in low season (8pm in July/August) NB: Shorts, bikinis (2-piece swimming costumes) and one-piece swimming costumes are permitted. There's no daytime entertainment at the campsite, as there's a wide range of leisure activities on offer in the surrounding area.
The major advantage is the proximity of the Disneyland Paris theme park! Located just 30 minutes by car from the campsite, it's easy to get day passes and enjoy all the attractions of the theme park until the end of the night! Fall back into childhood and plunge into the magical world of the most famous mouse with big ears! The magic of Disney is yours for the taking - whatever your age, it's hard not to fall in love!
Less famous but still a real change of scenery, discover the "Parc des Félins" and the "Terre de Singes" at the Lumigny zoological park, just 5 km from the campsite. In all, this 90-hectare estate is home to felines, lemurs, monkeys and parrots, giving you the chance to discover over 600 animals in vast natural enclosures, cared for by a team of passionate animal handlers who take great care to ensure the well-being of their residents.
During the week, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, but in high season, when the weekend comes, the campsite comes to life!
