Positive experience:
Village-like layout, location off the road, very well maintained houses, practical and complete facilities, lots of greenery, professional service, very easy booking.
Points for improvement:
The road between Schoorl and Bergen is very small. This is not the holiday park's fault. But I can imagine: in summer it gets very, very crowded.

EuroParcs Koningshof does not have its own restaurant. There are several restaurants to choose from in the villages of Bergen and Schoorl. These can all be reached within 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to cook for yourself with the whole family or friends, you can find several supermarkets in both towns where you can do your shopping.
Surroundings EuroParcs Koningshof
Schoorl is known for its breathtaking nature. Take cycling trips through the beautiful old forests, walk through the wide dunes or ride along the sea on horseback. From the holiday park you can reach the water in 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike. On the way, you also pass the Schoorl Dunes, where you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking. The North Sea Route LF1, a 330 km cycling route parallel to the Dutch coast, is also nearby. The city of Alkmaar invites you for a day out. Alkmaar is known for its cheese, visit the Dutch Cheese Museum or just stroll through the beautiful city centre. Visit Broeker Veiling, the oldest vegetable auction house in the world. Now a museum, it shows how vegetables used to be traded from boats.
