Positive experience:
The holiday park is located just outside Faßberg and is therefore very quiet (apart from the occasional shooting). The staff are also very friendly and courteous. Our gas boiler broke down, so we had no hot water. After informing reception, we were given the

The Heidesee holiday park has an outdoor swimming pool with a giant slide, sunbathing lawn and beach chairs. The park is also located directly on Lake Heidesee with a beach area that is ideal for swimming in summer. Other leisure activities include (table) football, volleyball, basketball, (table) tennis, badminton, billiards, darts and air hockey. The nature around the holiday park can be explored by bike. Points for improvement:
Unfortunately you can't access the park. If someone would put their money where their mouth is, paint the houses, repair the playground. The staff would also be present, then the children could also ride the Ketcar. Or you could give feedback on departure. Find a tenant for the restaurant!

Positive experience:
The holiday park is located just outside Faßberg and is therefore very quiet (apart from the occasional shooting). The staff are also very friendly and courteous. Our gas boiler broke down, so we had no hot water. After informing reception, we were given the key to the holiday flat next door so that we could shower there. We were also offered the possibility of swapping holiday flats (same size and layout). However, the technician arrived the next day at 9.30am and repaired the gas boiler immediately. Many thanks for that.

Points for improvement:
I don't blame the holiday park for the negative points, but rather the owners of dogs who are unable to clean up their four-legged friends' droppings in the children's playground. It can't be the groundsman's job to take care of this just because these people don't think it's necessary.
