Ideally situated on the seafront of the Bessin cliffs, Omaha Beach campsite offers direct, private access to the beach of the same name, famous for the history of the Second World War landings. Its incomparable location and exceptional panorama make it a popular holiday destination for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
From May to September, you can enjoy the campsite's indoor heated swimming pool and the beach, which is less than a minute's walk away and offers fishing, sea kayaking, coastal kayaking, stand-up paddling and even paragliding.
You'll always find an activity to suit your taste, with inflatables (depending on the season), basketball hoop, table tennis, games room, TV room, boules pitch, football pitch and beach volleyball. The children's club caters for 4-12 year-olds, offering fun and recreational activities in July and August.
In terms of services, Omaha Beach campsite has a restaurant with a terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea, where the whole family can enjoy a simple, friendly meal. Takeaway meals are also available in July and August. A bar and grocery shop are open all day in high season. Wifi available throughout the campsite at an additional cost.
