Facilities at Landal Beach Resort
Whether sports, games or relaxation - there is something for everyone at Landal Beach Resort. Sports enthusiasts can work out on the multifunctional sports field, play beach volleyball or hire bikes to explore the surrounding area. Those who prefer to take it easy can relax on the beach or unwind in the wellness area with sauna and steam bath. The park also offers mini golf, archery and bike hire.
Landal Beach Resortswimming pool
The subtropical swimming pool is a real highlight for the whole family. An exciting water slide, a wave pool and a separate children's pool with water games await you here. While the little ones splash around, you can relax in the whirlpool or do a few laps in the large pool. If you prefer to enjoy the water outside, you can go straight to the beach for a swim or water sports.
Facilities for children at Landal Beach Resort
Children have countless opportunities to play and run around at Landal Beach Resort. In addition to several adventure playgrounds, there is also a large indoor play world that provides fun even on rainy days. The entertainment team regularly organises exciting activities such as craft sessions, sports tournaments and treasure hunts. A special highlight for the little guests is the Koos Kids Club mascot, who always provides entertainment.
Restaurant Landal Beach Resort
Landal Beach Resort also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. You can enjoy regional and international specialities in the cosy park restaurant, while the snack bar offers quick meals such as chips, burgers and pizza. If you prefer to cook in your own accommodation, you can stock up on fresh food and bread rolls for breakfast in the supermarket.
Surroundings Landal Beach Resort
Thanks to its direct location on the coast, Landal Beach Resort is the perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. The Veerse Meer offers numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and stand-up paddling. The historic town of Middelburg with its charming streets and canals is just a short drive away and is perfect for a stroll. A visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans, an exciting water park with interactive exhibitions on Dutch coastal defence history, is also a great experience for the whole family.

Good to know
Group deposits
If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 3 days is only possible if the booking is made more than 45 days before the start of the trip.
Fireworks policy
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a park will be completely free of fireworks. Fireworks are sometimes set off in the immediate vicinity of the park. In principle, setting off fireworks is not permitted. During New Year’s Eve, some parks may make an exception by designating a central area for setting off fireworks. The Guest Services team or the park’s reception can provide further information on this. This exception applies only where setting off fireworks is permitted by law.
Maintenance work on the swimming pool, sauna and squash court
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool, sauna and squash court at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 18 January to Sunday 31 January 2027.
Baby products
A cot, high chair, baby bath and baby pack can be requested from the park itself.
The beach is not accessible
Due to beach nourishment works, the beach at the Kamperland Beach Resort will be closed from 1 to 5 March 2027.
Temporary closure of the swimming pool
Please note that the swimming pool will be temporarily closed from 21 September to 1 October 2026 due to maintenance work. We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

With a large subtropical indoor pool, you can take to the water at any time of the year. The indoor pool has a wave pool and a 63m long giant water slide, as well as a children's pool, so there's plenty of fun to be had for the whole family. The indoor pool is connected to a small outdoor pool.
