Spacious and reasonably clean flat with a good and complete inventory.

That I understood that not every flat has the same inventory. For example, one has a drying rack and the other does not.
Not a minus point by the way: but question about staff is nvt. You get all information in advance how to enter the flat and how everything works. And fine and sufficient this way for this facility.

Each flat block has a shared traditional sauna on the lower floor. The sauna area also has a shower. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the same room. These facilities can be used for a fee.

If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
