Group deposits
If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet, you will have to pay a pet surcharge per pet per night. If you cannot bring pets when making your reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Business stays
It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park on arrival.

Security deposit
A security deposit is charged for each property. You will find the amount of the security deposit on your Roompot invoice.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 3 days is only possible if the booking is made more than 45 days before arrival.
Fireworks policy
In the Netherlands, private fireworks are prohibited. This means that setting off any kind of fireworks is forbidden and is monitored by the park. This park is therefore particularly suitable during the festive season for guests with pets or young children who do not like fireworks. The region is home to the traditional ‘carbide shooting’, a New Year’s Eve tradition that is also listed as intangible cultural heritage. We are unable to monitor or influence compliance with the fireworks ban outside the holiday park.
