Security deposit
A security deposit is charged for each accommodation. You will find the amount of the security deposit on your Landal invoice.
Group deposits
If it transpires that the group of travellers is not a family, an additional deposit will be charged. The additional group deposit is to be paid by the guest in accordance with the arrangements made.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 7 days is only possible if the booking was made more than 64 days before the start of the trip.
Luminosity Festival & Security Deposit
From 21 to 27 June 2027, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park. It may be busier than usual in and around the park. During this period, a deposit of €400 applies for accommodation for up to 4 people and €700 for accommodation for 5 people or more. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you are not attending the festival.
Fireworks policy
In the Netherlands, private fireworks are banned and you are not allowed to set off any kind of fireworks. The park does not carry out checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and fireworks-free night. It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.
