Discover Port-la-Nouvelle, a lively, authentic seaside resort in the Aude department of Occitanie (formerly Languedoc-Roussillon). Just a few kilometres from Spain, it is surrounded by the communes of Gruissan, La Palme and Sigean, and is only 19 km from Narbonne. The commune is part of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park, and its port is France's 3rd largest Mediterranean port.
Located 1000m from the beaches (about 15 minutes' walk). The centre of the resort is 900m away, but opposite the Village Club Marin, 2 minutes away, you'll find a supermarket and newsagent: everything on the spot, no need to move.
The 3-star Village Club Marin Goélia comprises villas for up to 8 people grouped around 2 large outdoor pools (190m² - depth 0.90m to 1.90m) and children's pools (25m² - depth 0.50m to 0.60m). There's also a children's play area, a city stadium, a bowling green, 3 tennis courts (free) and table tennis. There is also a small pond. We also offer WIFI access in your accommodation (extra charge) and laundry facilities (extra charge).

In July and August: bar, ice creams, takeaway food (food truck, pizzas, paella, etc.), indoor entertainment room.


Ideally situated in the seaside resort of Port-la-Nouvelle, this residence enjoys a quiet location just 600 metres from an immense 10 km long sandy beach. You'll enjoy the immediate proximity of the Île de Sainte-Lucie nature reserve and the coastal paths. For cooler moments, the establishment has a beautiful aquatic area with two outdoor pools (open depending on weather conditions) and a paddling pool, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Aude.

As for leisure activities, the establishment offers a full range of sports facilities, including a multi-sports pitch, tennis court, petanque area and table tennis tables. During the summer months (July and August), the residence comes alive with free children's clubs (6-12 years) offering fun and sporting activities several half-days a week. Entertainment for adults and teenagers is also organised from time to time, creating a friendly, family atmosphere in the village. Nearby, you can take advantage of the resort's famous windsurfing and kitesurfing spots.

The residence is made up of small, Languedoc-style semi-detached villas, each with a private terrace or small garden with garden furniture. For your convenience, there is free parking at the entrance to the complex and Wi-Fi access (at an additional cost). A board games and sports equipment lending service is available at reception, as is a launderette. In high season, you will appreciate the bread and pastries delivery service every morning, ideal for successful breakfasts under the Mediterranean sun.
