Ideally situated just 400 metres from Valentin beach and close to the charming port of Le Croisic, the residence enjoys a privileged location on the Guérande peninsula. Heritage lovers can explore the famous Guérande salt marshes or stroll through the narrow streets of the medieval town, just a few minutes away by car. For families, the famous Océarium du Croisic is a must-see, just a stone's throw from the hotel. To complete your stay in the sunny Loire-Atlantique region, the residence has a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool (open depending on the season), perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the wild coastline.
As for leisure activities, the residence has a petanque pitch and table tennis table, perfect for getting together with family or friends. Although the residence is very quiet and does not offer an on-site entertainment programme or children's club, its location is ideal for taking advantage of the water-based activities on Valentin beach (surfing, sailing) or for exploring the many coastal paths in the region on foot or by bike. There are also sailing schools and equestrian centres close by, so you can organise your holiday to suit your sporting tastes.
