The subtropical swimming pool is a real highlight for the whole family. An exciting water slide, a wave pool and a separate children's pool with water games await you here. If you prefer to enjoy the water outside, you can go straight to the beach for a swim or water sports.

Thanks to its direct location on the coast, the Roompot Beach Resort is the perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. The Veerse Meer offers numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and stand-up paddling. The historic town of Middelburg with its charming streets and canals is just a short drive away and is perfect for a stroll. A visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans, an exciting water park with interactive exhibitions on the history of Dutch coastal defence, is also a great experience for the whole family.

Group deposits
If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
Maintenance work on swimming pool, sauna and squash court
From 19 January to 1 February 2026, the swimming pool, sauna and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed for maintenance. Guests of the Roompot Beach Resort can use the swimming pool at Hof Domburg.
Beach maintenance work
From 2 March to 6 March 2026, Rijkswaterstaat will be carrying out maintenance work on the beach at Roompot Beach Resort. For safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 14 days is only possible if the booking is made more than 42 days before arrival.
Fireworks policy
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a park to be completely fireworks-free. Sometimes fireworks are set off in the immediate vicinity of the park. In principle, setting off fireworks is not allowed. At the turn of the year, some parks may have an exception where a central spot is designated for setting off fireworks. The Guest Service or the park reception can provide more information about this. This exception only applies when it is legally permitted to set off fireworks.

With a large subtropical indoor pool, you can take to the water at any time of the year. The indoor pool has a wave pool and a 63m long giant water slide, as well as a children's pool, so there's plenty of fun to be had for the whole family. The indoor pool is connected to a small outdoor pool.
