Roompot Marinapark Volendam offers numerous leisure options for a varied holiday. Located right next to the marina, you can hire boats or take part in sailing trips on the IJsselmeer. If you prefer to stay on land, you can explore the surrounding area by bike, which you can hire directly from the park. There is also a supermarket for your daily supplies and cosy seating areas to enjoy the beautiful harbour ambience.

A special highlight is the heated indoor swimming pool, which provides swimming fun whatever the weather. Here you can relax and swim your laps or just let yourself drift. There is a shallow children's pool where children can splash around safely.

There are also some exciting leisure activities for younger guests. In addition to a children's playground, children can let off steam on the shallow banks of the IJsselmeer when the weather is nice. Surroundings Roompot Marinapark Volendam
Roompot Marinapark Volendam is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Volendam - one of the most famous fishing villages in the Netherlands. Here you can stroll along the Dijk (harbour promenade), enjoy fresh fish and browse through small souvenir shops. An absolute highlight is a traditional photo shoot in Dutch costume. Another popular excursion destination is the city of Amsterdam, which can be reached in just 30 minutes by car or bus. The picturesque village of Edam, known for its world-famous cheese market, is also close by.

Group deposits
If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
Youth
Reservations can only be made by persons over 21 years old.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet, you pay a pet surcharge per pet per night and final cleaning is obligatory. If you cannot bring pets when making the reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Note: Bungalow VO6
The 6-pers. bungalow VO6 is an upstairs flat and consists of so-called dike houses and water houses. The dike houses are accessible via the ground floor, but have a staircase in the house. One of the bathrooms is always on the upper floor. To enter the water houses, a substantial staircase has to be climbed. If you have preferences, please specify them.

Please note that the interior and exterior may differ from the photos in real life. The photos are an indication of what you can expect at the park. It is therefore possible that your allocated cottage differs in terms of furnishing and appearance from what is shown in the photos.

Booking multiple accommodation
Reservations with multiple accommodations are not guaranteed until you receive an invoice from the park.
Security deposit
A deposit will be charged for each accommodation. You can find the deposit on the invoice from Roompot.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 14 days is only possible if the booking is made more than 42 days before arrival.
Fireworks policy
Fireworks are not allowed at this holiday park at the turn of the year and the park monitors this. However, we cannot rule out fireworks being set off in the immediate vicinity.
Mandatory surcharges during Volendam Fair 2026
During the Volendam Fair from Friday 4 to Monday 7 September 2026, the following surcharges for final cleaning and bed linen are compulsory. These surcharges will be charged accordingly.
