The location you have no overlooking of neighbours,the cottages are super clean and attractively decorated.

Positive experience:
It is located with direct access via a staircase on the beach.
You can reach the town on foot via the boulevard or via the road by the park.
There is a trolley for your luggage - so that it is easier to transport it from the car park to the house - someone has thought of this.
As every room has a bathroom, it's great and you don't waste time waiting for others.
A TV in every room-also very good, you don't always agree on the programme with 6 people ;-) when 3 generations are travelling.
And for the 1st time I didn't clean anything - everything was really clean!
There are also 2 separate toilets, so you don't disturb anyone.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday.
The beds are great for sleeping.

Suggestions for improvement:
I would not call it a minsupoint, but it could be improved:
-In the upper bedroom with shower a clothes rack like in the lower bedroom-is otherwise very small with the 4 shelves
That you can't go to the beach with your dog - you have to go a bit further away - there is a dog beach - but that has nothing to do with the complex.

There is a lack of shelves and hooks for clothes around the house. The armchairs in the living room need to be replaced.

Zentrale Lage, "Urban Villas" in sehr gutem Zustand. Schöne Ausrichtung.

Points of improvement:
"Urban Villa": Küchenausstattung knapp. Bedroom heizen sich stark auf. Parkplätze knapp (leider wird nicht kontrolliert, ob wirklich nur 1 Auto pro Villa auf dem Parkplatz steht)
