At Summio Parc Port Greve, a range of facilities are available to ensure you have a relaxing stay. In the mini-market, you can buy fresh bread rolls as well as coffee, tea, orange juice and sweet or savoury snacks for in between meals. You can also buy small gifts and souvenirs here. If you’d like to explore the surrounding area, the bike hire service offers children’s bikes, tandems, parent-child tandems, family bikes, cargo bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes. The cottage hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived. There was still a lot of sand in the bathroom and hair under the bathroom cabinet. There was also a rice cake under the sofa. The first glasses in the cupboard were dirty, despite the fact that it’s stated that the cottage is cleaned thoroughly. We understand that things get busy during the high season, but for the money you have to pay, we do expect a clean cottage. The swimming pool was also empty and the brasserie wasn’t open.

The park is in a lovely location and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff are friendly. The park’s catering facilities are closed. The holiday home is very run-down and far too small for six people. The kitchen and fridge are tiny. It was very dirty – we had to wash up and hoover everything first.

Everything was closed; the cottage was too small and dirty – we even had to clean it ourselves. We were lucky with the weather, so we were able to go to the beach and do things outdoors. Otherwise, it would have been a truly awful weekend. But for what I paid, I would have preferred a different holiday park – though that wasn’t an option, not even if I’d paid extra.

The balcony wasn’t clean; this could easily have been sorted out with a duster. The reception desk wasn’t staffed at all on Wednesdays. The dishwasher is in urgent need of a thorough clean – both in terms of odour and cleanliness.
