Leuke plekjes langs de rivier. Rustige omgeving om lekker te ontspannen.
- huis schijnt gerenoveerd te zijn, maar niet te zien
- veel ongedierte. Ook aangegeven, is opgeschreven, maar we hebben niemand gezien.
- huis zit aan een drukke weg waar hard gereden wordt.

Review of "Vakantiedorp Somme-Leuze" 6.0
Ligt erg mooi
Dat er bij aankomst nog een vuilniszak ligt van de vorige vakantiegangers, welke inmiddels door katten en vogels is open geprikt met als gevolg dat er overal etensresten/afval bij de ingang van het huis lag. Dit is aangegeven bij de receptie, zou de dag erna opgehaald worden. Echter lag deze er nog bij vertrek.

Het water van de jacuzzi was helaas onvoldoende schoon om in te gaan zitten. Terwijl de kinderen zich hier juist op hadden verheugd. Daarom hadden we gekozen voor dit huis. Dit viel dus enorm tegen.
Er was maar 1 grotere bank, helaas niet voldoende relax mogelijkheden.
De stoelen aan de eettafel zijn aan vervanging toe (zijn erg wiebelig) het huisje was schoon voor het oog. Echter onder de bedden en bij het plafond stof vlokken.

Geen
Het is geen vakantiedorp, maar een gewone woning in een dorp aan een drukke weg. In het dorp zelf is niets te beleven. Nog geen bakker aanwezig. De hond uitlaten kan, maar dan wel eerst een stuk langs een grote weg lopen waar men 90 km/h mag rijden. Dit zonder fiets-/ en of voetpad. Dus gewoon in de goot.

Grote tuin, onheind. Helaas niet gemaaid, waardoor ellenlang gras aanwezig was.
Vies, aangebroken etenwaren van vorige gasten. Spinnenwebben. Vieze ramen. Goedkoop, kapot bestek. Geen fatsoenlijke uitrusting om te koken.
Jacuzzi blijft altijd aan! Alle gas en stroomkosten achteraf voor eigen rekening! Er staat: volledig gerenoveerd. Dat is onzin! Alleen beneden is (goedkoop) gepimpt. Douchekoppen verkalkt en spoten alle kanten op. Dit hersteld tijdens verblijf. Ventilatie beneden slecht, waardoor schimmelplekken zichtbaar zijn. Beneden blijft het vochtig (waardoor je kleding etc vochtig aanvoelt). Geen kasten aanwezig dus je leeft uit je koffer. Boven niet gerenoveerd. Enkel keuken gepimpt. Vieze oude douche en een stinkend huis.
Er staat 9 pers. huis. Er zijn inderdaad 9 bedden aanwezig. Maar de woonkamer is voor 4 a 6 pers. Daarnaast mag je beperkt geluid produceren. Buren aangrenzend aan beide kanten hebben grote honden buiten lopen. Onze hond kon niet normaal in de tuin lopen, zonder dat ze van beide kanten hard toegeblaft werd door oa herders. Onophoudelijk

Veel ruimte voor een gezin, leuke speelgarage, open haard en sauna, auto voor het huisje, we konden onze auto opladen.
Huisje werd snel warm door de verwarming.

Het huisje is aangenaam voor de kinderen.
Veel speelmogelijkheden zowel binnen als buiten.
Het huisje is ook ruim genoeg
Leuk dat je smorgens kippeneitjes hebt om te eten.
Slechte matras om te slapen, is dringend aan vervanging toe in de grote slaapkamer
Ook de muren in de grote slaapkamer mogen eens een nieuw laagje verf krijgen.
Om te koken heb je enkel een wokpan en geen gewone pan. Mss ook een andere voorzien.
Eens kijken naar de schimmel/vochtvlekken op plafond in de slaapkamer en badkamer.

Review of "Vakantiedorp Somme-Leuze" 6.0
Prachtige locatie en ligging, veel te ondernemen in de omgeving. Het dorp zelf is klein en niet zo toerististisch, maar dat is ook wel weer prettig. Wel een klein winkeltje in de plaats zelf die alles heeft voor eerste hulp.
Je zit wel wat verder weg van een dorp of stad, dus om iets te bezoeken moet je toch wel de auto in.

Veel ruimte in het huisje, jacuzzi en sauna werkten goed.
Het huisje was in veel opzichten niet compleet wat voor een groot deel goed op te lossen is:
- Niet goed schoon, veel spinnenwebben gezien
- Keukengerei oud en niet compleet
- Eetkamerstoel stond op instorten als je erop zat
- Verwarmingen waren met geen mogelijkheid uit te zetten, daardoor ondanks de kachel aan onnodige stookkosten moeten maken
- Slaapkamer beneden met sauna erg veel lawaai wanneer de wc gebruikt wordt. Je schrikt wakker
- Boven in bad douchen sta je naakt voor het raam, voelt niet prettig
- Douchestang in de badkamer met alleen een douche zit los
- Rookmelder in slaapkamer met het stapelbed hangt aan draadjes los
- Slechte stofzuiger, maakt meer geluid dan dat die werkelijk wat doet
- Toilet beneden is niet op slot te doen, zit een hele andere sleutel in die niet past
- 1 lamp in de badkamer beneden werkte niet

Een gezellig huis, met fijne veranda, tuin, ruime slaapkamers, grote jacuzzi
Het huis heeft een oude koelkast die heel veel herrie maakt, vaatwasser erg oud.

Wij hebben het huis Rotonde gehuurd en met de rest van de andere bewoners heb je niets te maken.
Dus zit je écht vrij.
We hebben de sleutel iets verder op bij de verhuur service opgehaald, daar kon je ook je gescheiden afval wegbrengen, top!

Ruim opgezet en mooi gelegen.
Veel servies werk aanwezig dus nooit een halfvolle vaatwasset aangezet!
Het privé zwembad was een top toevoeging@
We waren er van 8 t/m 16 september de 1e 3 dagen met 30 gr bij het zwembad en de bbq doorgebracht.
Heel fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren en een wasmachine.
Ook prettig dat er n extra (grote) koelkast en een vriezertje aanwezig waren.
Een paar bedden hadden erg harde matrassen, maar onze familie heeft veel rug problemen, dus kan aan ons liggen

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking.
