Paid parking (for when visitors come) after 2 hours. We rented the 12 person bungalow and 2 cars are allowed to park there. With 12 people you have (at least) 3 cars. The 3rd car must then park in the car park for which you then end up paying a large amount.

Holiday park Ackersate has many facilities for young and old. There is a large indoor swimming pool with two spectacular slides and an outdoor pool. In addition, the holiday park has a playful mini-golf course, a boules court and a padel court for fanatical players. At the nearby tennis club De Harremaat you can also play tennis, for a fee.

Children can have fun in the large indoor swimming pool with separate children's pool. During the Dutch school holidays there is entertainment on the holiday park. During high season, the animation team organises all kinds of fun activities, such as various games, tournaments and special youth evenings. There is a real splash paradise specially designed for children aged 4 to 12 with fountains, sprinklers and slides. There are also several playgrounds for children scattered around the holiday park. And they can let off steam on the trampolines in the outdoor trampoline park and in the indoor playground.
