Points for improvement:
The swimming pool is not suitable for babies and toddlers in autumn/winter as the water is a bit too cold. On the other hand, the water is ideal for a swim after exercise.

Veluwecamping de Pampel is a cosy campsite in the forest area of Hoenderloo. Always wanted to sleep on a farm? Then this is possible at Veluwecamping de Pampel. On the farms you will find all the luxuries of home with a nod to the past, like sleeping in a recreated box bed with comfortable mattresses and a modern kitchen.

Facilities Veluwecamping de Pampel

Veluwecamping de Pampel is open all year round and has various sports facilities to guarantee you a pleasant stay. There are various sports you can do. Play a game of petanque or football. After a hot summer day, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Or rent a bike at the campsite and take a relaxing bike ride through the moors.

If you stay in a Woodlodge, you can use one of the sanitary blocks, including the recently opened Saniplaza. This super-modern sanitary building is sustainably built and equipped with underfloor heating, air control and a green moss-sedum roof. Children shower under the big tree in the Spetterbos and go to the toilet in a hunting lodge.

Veluwecamping de Pampel offers fun activities for your children to participate in. There are Rikkie and Rudolf, who take the children on an adventure in the woods of Camping de Pampel. During the organised activities, participating children can collect stamps and become real Veluwe heroes!

You don't have to cook every evening at Veluwecamping de Pampel. The campsite has a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Enjoy delicious local dishes in the à la carte restaurant or treat yourself to a quick snack in the snack bar. You can order a pizza fresh from the oven in the pizzeria at Veluwecamping de Pampel. Want to cook with local ingredients? Then the campsite shop has an extensive selection. It is not possible to take food with you.

The surrounding area

Veluwecamping de Pampel is located in the woody town of Apeldoorn in the province of Gelderland. There are many fun activities to do in the surroundings. For example, take a relaxing walk in the woods or through the heathland. In Apeldoorn, you can also shop in cosy boutiques and well-known fashion chains. In the busy city centre you will find Paleis Het Loo. See beautiful exhibitions here and have a guided tour of this 300-year-old palace. Want to spend a day visiting museums? Then visit the CODA Museum with changing exhibitions and a photo gallery. Or to museum In de Zevende Hemel, which is all about folklore and curiosities. Accommodations are subject to a deposit totalling €130, which is €100 deposit and €30 for the barrier pass. For 4-person bungalow 2+2 (until 12 yrs.) Trunk, a deposit totalling €20 applies.

What could be more fun than playing with water? The beauty of our new spray park is that here you can run, fly and trot to your heart's content while playing with water. Our spray park is divided into different zones and is this cool from small to big! The spray park is open from the end of April to mid-September, weather permitting.

Spacious cottage, clean and lots of space around it

Improvements:
Not indicated on site than pool is unheated, so much too cold for small children, not indicated that everything was closed like snack bar, restaurant etc. Was autumn holiday.
