I give plus points for kitchen equipment and cosmetics in the bathroom
Points for improvement:
The place is pet friendly, but I needed more bins to throw away dog poop. We had to go back to the end of the park more than once to throw away the bag of poo.
Another negative was the lack of privacy on the patio. The patio could be more fenced in as some of the houses are very close to each other. Another downside was the lawn mowing during the holidays, which affected the peace and quiet somewhat.
