In low season, reception is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. In summer, reception is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 8pm and Sunday from 9am to 12pm.

Bad communication and overall information regarding transportation. Good place for kids though!
The resort and holiday house was good, our two small kids (age 3 and 2) loved it. The pool area and playground area for the kids is really nice.
BUT we didn’t rent a car, as we were told that public transport... was no problem. It turned out to be major issue for us. You had to walk 35 min with two small kids in very high heat, to visit the nearest city, which is a very boring city that doesn’t really seem to like tourists. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get a taxi or help from the reception to get a taxi. Even the number that the reception has in the app, for the local taxi driver, was out of function.
We really don’t understand why you don’t have any local bike or car company you work together, you could easily make good money of this. You should also specify in the information how important a car is when staying at your residence.
Plus: friendly staff at the bar/pool, really kids-friendly environment at the pool/playground and nice activities for the kids during the day/evening.
Minus: pretty bad food, outrageous transport options, not possible to rent tennis rackets even if the app says so

We spent here a week in july. Nice house (superior) with BBQ, little garden and nice outside sitting area. The houses are rather near to eachother, but the athmosphere was very quiet and calm. But ... the swimming pool area was really crowdy, better for families with little children (0-12y). We did not... sit at the pool and there were not so many activities for older children as ours. Also the bar is crowdy and not cosy (plastic chairs, ...), and the food is only pizza (were good) and french fries ...). So if you want to go to a restaurant you have to go to Vidauban, but that's not far away (3 min). And you have a nice kitchen and BBQ at your house ...

Excellent vacations guaranteed

We have been coming here for the last five years and every year when we leave the children keep asking when we are coming back.
For comfort you need to take the premium cottages, really everything is there.
In the neighborough all the stores you need can be reached by car as are the restaurants.
The... park itself is well kept, gardens are always looked after. The pool is a real childrens paradise, and in the evening they play all together in the streets between the houses.
We will keep going untill the children grow up !
Not suited for a romantic trip with your partner...

Overall pretty good with a few shortcomings

Stayed here the last week of August 2013 in a 3 bedroom luxury villa (with AC) with my wife and 2 kids aged 8 & 10. Overall our stay was pretty good except for the lack of Internet which for me is a reason on itself not to stay here any more.
As all of the houses are privately owned the interior of... the house will be a bit of a surprise the structure is the same everywhere. We had 2 very quiet AC Daikin AC units and all the comfort of a modern vacation home except for an Internet connection inside the house. The inventory was very complete and all the basics such as toilet paper, kitchen soap/sponges, pepper, salt and other basic goods were also already there which was very convenient.
The pool area was overall very lovely although a bit chilly at times (apparently the pool is unheated in summer) and there also were lifeguards throughout the opening hours (10-19h). The pool area was about the size we expected going by the pictures, large but not too large. There were also enough chairs and shady places to sit and our kids loved it.
Safety on the domain was excellent. A big plus comes from the entire village fenced off and protected by a gate that requires an entry/exit code, so that the kids could run around freely with their newly made friends all over the domain without us having to worry too much. We really enjoyed relaxing with a nice glass of wine on our terrace and we never really had to worry about our kids being gone for a while (there was no way for them to leave the village).
There also was animation in the summer and they did a pretty good job overall. Although I personally am not a big fan our kids loved it although it was French only. The highlight was an almost professionally organized magic show.
Another plus during summer was the on property bakery service during the morning.
Why not five stars? Well the Internet connection only worked very occasionally and extremely slowly and apparently this issue exists already for many years according to several other tenants. Each year there are many promises that it will be resolved the next year but so far .. no Internet! Two other negative points were the lack of (hot & clean water) showers at the pool area and our house had terrible water pressure: taking a bath was not possible and when someone was in the shower nobody could use any water throughout the entire house (not the kitchen, not the toilet, nothing). Finally we also were a little disappointed that the pizza's from the Tiki bar had to be ordered already at noon for evening delivery.
Will we go back there? Well this will depend upon the Internet connection but if that gets fixed there is a very high likelihood of us going back at some point.

The complex was great,house,pools, nice place for a family holliday. The only thing that was not for a 5***** was bad internet connection which was repaired 1 day before we left so we spent 2 weeks without internet there. As we had our holliday in June when there was " hot in the day/cold in the night&morning"... weather , there was absolutely no need for air conditioner which we,by the way, didn't had (maybe it is hidden somewhere) . So thats the only thing for paying attention if you are spending your holliday in July and August,ask reception about air condition so you can be sure that there is one in every house. Anyway,houses are really nice so I recommend this place for a holliday.!!!
