Oostappen park Boschbeek will be taken over by Oostappen from July 2020. The small holiday park has simple and quietly situated bungalows and mobile homes with parking spaces in the forest. The holiday park also offers motorhome pitches with all the necessary facilities and camping pitches surrounded by greenery.

There is plenty to experience around the holiday park. For example, take a lovely bike ride through National Park De Meinweg or take a trip to one of the many villages in the area.

The surroundings of Oostappen park Boschbeek are magical. Here you will find picturesque church villages such as Melick, Herkenbosch and Vlodrop. Explore the beautiful nature in the Roer valley on your own. Visit National Nature Park De Meinweg and its visitor centre. Relax on a drive through the vast forests and along the rippling lakes. Excursions to the white city of Thorn, the Velvet Grotto and the castle ruins of Valkenburg are also not to be missed. There are several amusement parks in the area for children, including Avonturenpark Valdeludo, Sprookjespark Valkenburg, Speelpark Klein Zwitserland and the Toverland indoor playground in Sevenum. Positive experience:
We arrived in the evening really much later than expected due to breakdown on the road.
We arrived at 21.40 , the appointment was 20.15.

But we still received a very warm welcome.

Points of improvement:
The only minus point I found was the fridge,there was no freezer in it.
I understand you can't have everything.but because it is a park without facilities and shop.it might be an idea to put fridges with freezers in the cottages i.v.m. groceries.

Old but clean bungalow

Areas for improvement:
No bread service (there is no shop so you have to go to village for bakery)
Too small TV
No WiFi if there was it would be an ideal park to work in
