Positive experience:
Our flat for 8 people including a small pool was very high quality, very well equipped and also clean. The bread roll service worked well and the communal pool was also fine.

Points for improvement:
The complex seemed to be under construction. A lot of concrete, no bar, no restaurant and the overall ambience does not (yet) correspond to the assigned 5-star category. The staff were very "snippy" and the "customer experience" was not really noticeable
