At the local tourist office, you can get hiking maps of the entire region that will take you through the valley, countryside and forest. For cyclists, the 3 Velomediane loops or the small Crique loop are real classics. If you want to swim, you can go to the indoor or outdoor pool in the centre or head to beach Plage Maboge 4km away. After an intense day, relax in the park's sauna!
