Positive experience:
Klein Canada definitely scores with its quiet location. The entire resort has a very idyllic and sleepy yet lively feel. The range of options and activities is also very varied. The staff and visitors are all very friendly and relaxed. The perfect place to relax from the stress of everyday life. We rented a small bungalow, it was very clean, well secluded and the mattresses were as good as new.
Areas for improvement:
We had opted for a bungalow in Little Canada. The location of the bungalows is very secluded, which we found very good, but unfortunately these 4 bungalows are very close together, which in turn limited our privacy. However, if you are claustrophobic you should think twice. In the parents' room you couldn't open the wardrobe because the bed was in front of it and in the children's room you could only walk past to the side because you couldn't fit past. In the bathroom you had to prepare yourself beforehand as you could touch the door and the walls while sitting. The garden furniture was very old and partly broken, no parasol, no barbecue and no microwave. The living was also very minimalist.

Facilities at Camping Klein Canada
Experience a complete holiday at this friendly family holiday park. If you want to get active, you can challenge each other to a game of basketball or volleyball on the sports fields. For water lovers, there is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool (with paddling pool). If the weather is not so good, there is still plenty of water fun to be had. For those who have the patience of a saint to cast out their fishing rod, there is a fishing pond. Every year, this pond is stocked with carp and whitefish, among other fish. If you want to explore nature, hire a bike and go for a ride!
Child-friendly facilities at the Klein Canada campsite
Even if the children are coming along, there is plenty to do for the whole family. There are several playgrounds on the holiday park. The park also offers a fun activity programme for the whole family during the Dutch holiday periods. From typical Dutch bingo evenings to marvellous shows to watch. There is also a petting zoo where children can pet all the little animals. The entertainment programme indicates the times when children can help with the supervision.
Restaurants at Camping Klein Canada
With a small supermarket on the holiday park, you have everything you need to hand and can easily cook your own food. Would you prefer to be spoilt? Then there are several restaurants on the park. Enjoy a sumptuous meal in the Grand Café Ontario or have some chips at the snack bar. For fresh bread rolls in the morning, the park recommends a visit to Bakker Van de Bergh in Afferden (except on Sundays in the low season). Don't forget to bring your cake!

Enjoy the idyllic landscape and unwind. For a day out with the family, visit the Toverland amusement park in Sevenum or the castle gardens of Arcen (both half an hour's drive away). With historic towns such as Venlo, Boxmeer and Gennep (10 km) nearby, your holiday is complete.
