I’d give it a 7 out of 10. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but I think there’s a real organisational issue with the sun loungers around the pool. When the pool opens or during busy periods, holidaymakers queue up to get into the pool. Unfortunately, some children take advantage of the situation to push in front of everyone else with five or six towels, in order to reserve several sun loungers. They set them up and then sometimes go back to their accommodation for several hours whilst their parents finish eating, and some don’t return until mid- or late afternoon. As a result, many sun loungers remain occupied by towels even though there is no one on them, whilst other holidaymakers wait and cannot find a place. I think having security staff or a member of staff present at the queue and by the sun loungers, particularly around 2 pm, would help to organise access more effectively and prevent this kind of abuse. This would make the situation much fairer for holidaymakers who follow the rules and wait their turn. This is definitely an area that could be improved.

Thanks to its direct access to the lake of Biscarrosse, the lake with its private beach as well as its recreation area is a joy for young and old. Not to mention the bicycle path crossing the campsite, the numerous leisure facilities and a diverse and well-filled entertainment program, your stay at La Réserve promises to be rich in emotions.
To make your stay more enjoyable, you will find two entertainment rooms (one outside near the aquatic complex and the other one with 600 places), a bar with free wifi, a restaurant and a grocery store.

Animations
The campsite has 3 children's clubs. With 3 shows a week in high season (1 or 2 in low season), the entertainers put on a show to delight young and old alike.
- Espace Bulle: a place where little ones and their parents are welcome to play together.
- Pirate Club: a pirate day full of fun and excitement (team games, toboggan races, sports tournaments, treasure hunts, shows, etc.).
- The Barracuda Club: the children in the Barracuda Club show off their artistic talents (theatre, singing and dancing) and get together for sporting activities (tournaments, sumo wrestling and water fights, etc.). In the evenings (once or three times a week), they meet up with their counsellors from 8pm to 9pm for some great activities, such as the Kuda nightclub, creating a flash mob or a picnic with friends.
- The teenagers' club: as soon as they arrive at the campsite, teenagers aren't the type to stay with mum and dad. During the day, they meet up to play sports or do activities with their friends. In the evening, the teenagers meet up for shows and entertainment adapted to their age group.
