Payment must be made to Center Parcs within 8 days of booking.
Late check-out on Sunday
If the day of departure falls on a Sunday, guests can check out by 12:00 as standard.
Aqua Mundo
For guests staying at the holiday park, unlimited entry to Aqua Mundo is included in the price of their stay – both on the day of arrival from 10.00 am and on the day of departure after 10.00 am. There are family changing rooms with nappy-changing tables. Valuables can be stored in a locker. Specially for babies and toddlers, life jackets, baby baths and even a microwave for warming bottles are available. You are welcome to bring your own food, or you can enjoy snacks in the café. Aqua Mundo is wheelchair accessible. Children under the age of 13 may only enter Aqua Mundo (or Aqua Garden) when accompanied by an adult. Parents and/or accompanying adults must ensure that children who cannot swim wear swimming aids and/or a life jacket. An adult must remain in the immediate vicinity at all times.

For high-risk bookings, a deposit may be required for each accommodation.

Youth
Bookings can only be made by people aged 21 or over. The main tenant must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the entire stay.
Youth groups
The following applies to youth groups, defined as groups of at least four people: at least half of the travellers must be aged 21 or over.
Park temporarily closed
The park will be closed from 12:00 on Monday 7 December 2026 until 14:00 on Friday 11 December 2026 due to annual maintenance work.
