L Espinette is a small scale holiday park situated in the beautiful Ourthe valley in the village of Ny in Belgium. This park is particularly suitable for families with small children. The park is ideal for adventurers, with fantastic activities available in the surrounding nature. Go kayaking in the River Ourthe and go biking or hiking in the beautiful surroundings.

Surroundings L Espinette
The surrounding area offers a wide range of outdoor activities! You can follow the marked hiking or biking trails, go kayaking on the River Ourthe, or go horse riding, golfing, climbing and abseiling. You can rent mountain bikes and kayaks near the park, and there are also many beautiful sights in the region. For example, you can visit the Thousand and One Nights cave in Hotton, an exceptional site with over 6km of galleries and a depth of 70m. If you feel like a city trip, you can go the Durbuy or La Roche.

Good to know about L Espinette

No reception
There is no reception at the park. You can check in on an automatic check-in machine. With this machine you can pay the additional costs using debit card (Maestro/Mastercard, Visa), but cash is not accepted. All changes must be passed on to the reservations department no later than 1 day before arrival. You cannot make changes to your booking using the machine. Outside business hours you can call the following number: 0032-86-32-30-19.
Deposit
The park charges a deposit (maximum €100,-) per accommodation, and will be refunded into your account within 4 weeks of your departure. For groups of young people, this deposit can be significantly higher.
Energy costs
Energy costs are calculated locally according to consumption. Each month, the price of energy is adjusted according to the official market rates

De ligging, de natuur, de rust

Het park is echt aan het onderkomen, het zwembad, de tennisvelden, etc..spijtig, want het kan er zo mooi uitzien
ook de huisjes; oud, muf, en niet geluidsdicht, alles wat de boven buren deden, hoorden wij enorm....

Review of "L Espinette" 5.0

Het is park ligt in een rustige mooie omgeving met een leuk bos vlak er langs. De kinderen vonden ook de gratis minigolf heel leuk.

Vooral de binnenzijde van het huisje was versleten en verwaarloosd. Het was wel erg proper. Maar zaken zoals de slaapbank, badkamerkast waren echt meer dan versleten. Ook de matrassen op de bedden hadden hun beste tijd al tijdje geleden gehad. Het was een huisje voor 6 personen, maar borden en bestek waren er veel te weinig. Bijvoorbeeld maar vier platte borden.

Uitzicht vanuit huisje 2 is prachtig, het park bevind zich centraal voor leuke uitstapjes.

Geen bemanning van de receptie, op het park geen activiteiten, alles is verlaten, tennisbaan vol onkruid en mos netten stuk, zwembad leeg, trieste bende. Huisje in slechte staat. Wifi werk niet goed.

Uitzicht was prachtig, voor de rest geen positieve meldingen

Eigen lijk alles, afstandbediening van t.v. te vies om aan te pakken, inventaris smerig, ramen smerig, alle kit randen liggen los en beschimmeld in keuken en bad kamer, onder op de tafels en lichtkokers tekeningen van vorige bewoners die je de kinderen niet wil laten zien, loshangende kranen in bad kamer,

De ligging

Huisje ruikt muf, schimmel in de slaapkamer op de muren, onhandig dat je je sleutelkaart mee naar buiten moet nemen omdat de deur anders op slot gaat, geen receptie sleutel krijg je bij automaat is onpersoonlijk, meubels slechte kwaliteit of stuk

Tennisbanen en basketbalveld verwaarloosd. zwembad leeg. Receptie niet aanwezig. Binnenfaciliteiten niet beschikbaar.

Op het eerste gezicht netjes en schoon. Voldoende ruimte. Goed ingericht.

Zeker op de slaapkamer rag bij het raam. Ook in de huiskamer in de hoeken rag. Dit was waarschijnlijk niet van 1 week... Ramen vies.

Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking.
