Security deposit
A deposit of €500 per person is required for certain groups. The following groups pay this deposit: - Sports groups - Groups aged between 18 and 35 without children
Group deposits
If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet, you will have to pay a pet surcharge and final cleaning is compulsory. If you cannot bring pets when making the reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Free access to swimming pool
As a guest of De Soeten Haert, you have free access to the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool in Kamperland during your stay. This pool is about 25 minutes away by car.
Business stays
It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park on arrival.

If your travel group consists of four or more adults, an additional deposit of €250 per person may be required on arrival. This rule does not apply to families with young children.
Fireworks policy
In the Netherlands, private fireworks are banned and you are not permitted to set off any kind of fireworks. The park does not carry out checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and fireworks-free night. It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.
