Facilities at Landal Aelderholt
Landal Aelderholt offers numerous leisure activities for young and old. Sports enthusiasts can let off steam on the multifunctional sports field, at tennis, mini golf or on the cycle paths around the park. There is also a bike hire service for exploring the picturesque Drenthe countryside. If you want to take it a little easier, you can relax in the wellness oasis with sauna and whirlpool.

A special highlight is the heated indoor swimming pool with a long water slide, a children's pool with water games and a whirlpool. The swimming pool provides swimming fun for the whole family - whatever the weather.

In the Netherlands, private fireworks are banned and you are not permitted to set off any kind of fireworks. The park does not carry out checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and fireworks-free night. The region is home to the traditional ‘carbide shooting’ festival, a New Year’s Eve tradition that is also listed as intangible cultural heritage. It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.
