The house is fairly new, clean and usable. Disadvantage is that the heating and ventilation are difficult to control. There is no user manual for it. The digital key was suddenly out of the app (as well as the reservation) so no access was possible via the app. Next day this was fixed. Could fortunately still get in via other mobile.....

Heat was often too hot and difficult to control
Shower drain blocked
And that you can't take the car to the cottage to unload very inconvenient and the trolley that could be used for transport was nobody available at the reception and at the restaurant nobody knew anything
