The residence, Les Balcons du Soleil, is located at the top of the village and is built in the likeness of traditional chalets. It consists of two 5-storey chalets (with lift) with a total of 86 flats and a 6-storey chalet with a total of 66 flats (also with lift). The centre is 800m away and shops 200m
Saint François Longchamp is sandwiched between the mountain range of La Lauzière and the massif of Le Cheval Noir. Its beautiful mountainous surroundings and many cultural, tourist and natural beauties will charm you. Away from mass tourism, this family resort has preserved its originality and traditions. Nature lovers will enjoy the fauna (mountain goats, marmots, etc.) and the varied flora (primroses, rhododendrons, orchids, etc.) Sites not to be missed in summer: the l'Etendard glacier, the extraordinary view from the top of the Lauzière and Col de la Madeleine (mountain pass) overlooking the Belledonne mountain range and Mont Blanc.
