Pierre & Vacances Résidence Villa Livia is situated amongst the hills of the La Bocca district and at the foot of the hill La-Croix-des-Gardes. In this quiet location you can find bright and comfortable apartments, all having either a loggia or terrace, where you can relax in peace and enjoy the Spanish sun. If you long for a cool down in between, you don't have to go far, as the residence owns an outdoor pool which is open during the summer months. Furthermore, the residence can lend out additional items such as a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, socket protectors or bed guards, so that you can leave more space in your suitcase for souvenirs.

For children, the pool will probably be the highlight in the resort, and of course the beach will be extremely popular too. If they’re tired of the water, inside the residence you can rent comics, paperbacks and board games from the reception. The beach is only 800m away from the resort, with its kilometres of sand and turquoise water, where you can also try different water sports such as kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, and even jet-skiing. Those who prefer to stay on solid ground can play tennis (4.2 km), try the 18-hole golf course (12 km), or explore the nearby shops. Otherwise, there are of course various excursions available. In Cannes (5km), for example, you can visit the harbour and admire the luxurious yachts. Otherwise you can visit the Îles de Lérins archipelago (8km). If you want to travel a little longer, you can make day trips to the other cities along the coast of the French Riviera, such as Nice (40km), which is definitely worth a visit for guests in the area.
