For your cultural explorations, you'll be a stone's throw from Saint-Luperc Cathedral and the archaeological centre of Eauze, while also being ideally placed for exploring the Armagnac wine route. To cool off in the south-western sunshine, the establishment has a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), perfect for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.
In terms of leisure activities, the estate focuses on tranquillity and outdoor pursuits. As well as direct access to the golf course (with preferential rates for residents), there is a tennis court and table tennis tables on site. For a change of pace, there are hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
