Royan, a designated Town of Art and History, is the ideal base for exploring the architectural heritage of the 1950s, the Gironde estuary, the Cordouan lighthouse and the region's emblematic islands (Oléron, Ré, Aix). For aquatic relaxation, the residence offers two major assets: a heated indoor swimming pool open all year round, and an outdoor swimming pool with heated paddling pool, open from May to September (weather permitting), guaranteeing the pleasure of swimming whatever the season.
