Vijfjarige dochter van mijn beste vriendin heeft 2e en 3e graads brandwonden opgelopen door vluchtig langs de glasplaat van de openhaard te komen.
Aantal keer hierover contact gehad. Hierbij heb ik aangegeven dat Landal de klant hoort te informeren dat de glasplaat enorm heet kan worden en brandwonden kan veroorzaken.
Vooral in de kinder accomodaties.
Klant contact alsook receptie geeft aan dat het op eigen risico is.
Juridisch gezien kan er alleen sprake zijn van eigen risico als dat risico vermeld wordt. En dit is niet het geval!
Nu is het een handje van een 5 jarig meisje. Maar het kan ook een gezichtje zijn van een peuter of dreumes. Dit hoor voorkomen te worden. Dit is jullie verantwoordelijkheid.

Iets meer sfeer in het zwembad zou mooi zijn geweest.
Een leuk terrasje/zitje waar je ook met slecht weer even iets kunt drinken ipv alleen binnen in het grand cafe of bij de binnenspeeltuin. Soort plaza

Echt super vriendelijk personeel! Park is ook er netjes en mooi. We kwamen vooral voor de glijbanen in het zwembad en deze waren het zeker waard.
Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen vis te vangen was bij het huisje. Ook geen kleine visjes helaas. Voor de rest heb ik geen minpuntjes kunnen ontdekken :)

Het huisje was mooi en schoon, ook mooi ruim. Echt top huisje en park!
Het enige dat jammer was was dat er geen vis te vangen was bij het huisje. Voor de rest geen negatieve punten!

Ruim op gezet. Mooi groen. Zeer leuk voor kinderen. Mooi zwembad.
Dat het zo duur is. De overkapping die boven de deur hangt waardoor je steeds je hoofd stoot. Was 10 jaar terug ook al zo. Niets mee gedaan. Alles ontzettend duur. Nbakker kan niet goed plannen zodat er na wisseldag altijd te kort brood is
