Roompot Residence Klein Vink is located in the extensive De Maasduinen National Park, close to the German border. The park is a luxurious extension of the Klein Vink holiday park.
Facilities Roompot Residence Klein Vink
You can relax in one of the indoor or outdoor pools at Thermaalbad Arcen, which is located directly in the park. You can also go surfing, rowing, pedal boating or canoeing. If you are looking for even more relaxation, you can use the sauna, solarium or Turkish steam bath. Cool off in the natural or indoor swimming pool. There are also plenty of sports and games facilities on the grounds of Klein Vink, such as tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, fishing spots and a boules court. Bicycles, pedal boats and canoes are also available for hire. As a guest of Roompot Residence Klein Vink, you have free access to Thermaalbad Arcen for 2.5 hours every day. On the day of arrival, you can spend 2.5 hours there free of charge from 16:00. On all other days, you can use the 2.5 hours between 8.30 am and 10.45 pm. Access is not possible on the day of departure. Enjoy the thermal pools, saunas and wellness treatments. All details and current information can be found on the Roompot website.
Children's facilities at Roompot Residence Klein Vink
There are lots of great facilities for children: They can play in the playground, on the trampoline or in the Koos Kids Club activity centre. They can also let off steam on the sports fields and playgrounds. There is a separate paddling pool for the little ones.

Don't feel like cooking? No problem! You can enjoy a delicious meal in the à la carte restaurant in the evening. There is also a pub and a snack bar if you fancy a quick bite to eat.
Surroundings Roompot Residence Klein Vink
Roompot Residence Klein Vink is located in the north of Limburg, close to the German border. Discover the picturesque village of Arcen with its castle garden or experience the beautiful nature of De Maasduinen National Park. The extensive river dune belt is the longest in the Netherlands and offers ideal conditions for cycling and hiking tours. Cycle along the Meuse and enjoy a delicious picnic when the weather is nice.

Thermal bath Arcen
As a guest of Résidence Klein Vink, you have free daily access to Thermaalbad Arcen for 2.5 hours during off-peak hours. Enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments.

Saunas close at 20.00 hours
Baths close at 21.30
The building closes at 10 p.m.
The brasserie closes at 9pm

A maximum of 3 accommodations can be booked in 1 booking. More accommodation in 1 booking is a possibility.
Thermal bath Arcen admission
From now on, only adults (aged 18 and over) will be allowed. This has been decided to ensure peace and quiet in the Thermal Bath.
This only applies to the Thermal Bath. In the hotel itself, children are still allowed.

Booking multiple accommodation
Reservations with multiple accommodations are not guaranteed until you receive an invoice from the park.
Swimwear days
Every Wednesday and Friday and every first weekend of the month is swimwear day. In our saunas, wearing swimwear is compulsory on these days. In the thermal baths, wearing swimwear is always compulsory.
Security deposit
A deposit will be charged for each accommodation. You can find the deposit on the invoice from Roompot.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 14 days is only possible if the booking is made more than 42 days before arrival.
Fireworks policy
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a park to be completely fireworks-free. Sometimes fireworks are set off in the immediate vicinity of the park. In principle, setting off fireworks is not allowed. At the turn of the year, some parks may have an exception where a central spot is designated for setting off fireworks. The Guest Service or the park reception can provide more information about this. This exception only applies when it is legally permitted to set off fireworks.
