    Ligging, kwaliteit van de huizen

    Onderhoud, veel spinnenwebben aan de gevel. Bij de lampen en voordeur. Versleten vloerbedekking op de trap.

    Mooi ontwerp, veel glas. Prachtig uitzicht. Ruim. Slaapkamer ensuite. Mooi terras aan het water.

    Slecht onderhoud aan de gevels.
