We wanted to extend our holiday. We tried to get in touch with them. If we’d had to rebook, we would have ended up paying twice for the final clean. We followed up again, but heard nothing back. We then sorted it out directly through the Siblu campsite, which was straightforward. It’s very difficult to communicate with camping.com.
