The lake is large enough to enjoy a trip out on the water in a canoe, pedalo or boat.
Facilities at Leukermeer Holiday Park
The park has its own marina and supermarket. Leukermeer Holiday Park is a clean and environmentally friendly park with its own recycling centre. There are various sports facilities at the holiday park. At the fitness club, you can keep in shape during your holiday under the supervision of expert instructors. You can hit a few balls on the tennis court. You can also go fishing, skate on the half-pipe and slide-pipe, play beach volleyball or football at Leukermeer Holiday Park. There’s plenty of space at the holiday park for relaxation too. Take a moment to yourself in the sauna. The massage bath will really help to loosen up your muscles. And finally, you can enjoy a session under the sunbed. In the evening, you’ll be fully recharged and ready to let your hair down at the Swingcafé Subway nightclub. Or enjoy the live music at Beachclub Leukermeer. During the school holidays, our entertainment team also organises plenty of activities, such as karaoke, bingo and children’s shows.
Water sports facilities at Leukermeer Holiday Park
Leukermeer Holiday Park is beautifully situated on Lake Leukermeer and its connecting waterways. Thanks to the on-site marina, you can bring your own boat to Leukermeer Holiday Park. The holiday park is situated right on the shores of Lake Leukermeer, so you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing on the natural beach. If the weather isn’t quite so lovely, you can still have fun in the indoor swimming pool. The pool features a spa bath, waterfall, fountain and a children’s paddling pool. The pool area and the water itself are heated using solar energy and geothermal heat. The holiday park also has an outdoor swimming pool where you can enjoy a swim and play. When it comes to water sports, there’s plenty to do at Leukermeer Holiday Park. Banana boating is guaranteed to put a smile from ear to ear. Let a fast motorboat tow you along with a group of eight people and see who can stay on the longest! But it’s also brilliant for independent speed demons. You can go water-skiing and wakeboarding. There’s an on-site water sports school, On Board Wakeboarding. That way, you’ll head home feeling like a true pro. Canoes, kayaks, motorboats and pedalos are also available for hire. Or come and enjoy jumping, laughing, sliding, diving and climbing at our Aquapark! This challenging water course is set up in July and August.

The swimming pools feature both indoor and outdoor children’s pools. During peak season and school holidays, ponies regularly visit Leukermeer Holiday Park. Why not take a ride on a pony or in a covered wagon? At the children’s disco, the kids can dance the night away or take part in the mini-lip-sync show! Would you like to go for a walk in the woods with your little one? Surroundings of Leukermeer Holiday Park
Leukermeer Holiday Park is situated in the heart of Limburg’s countryside, in the beautiful Maasduinen. De Maasduinen National Park is a paradise for mountain bikers, walkers and horse riders. With bikes from Leukermeer Holiday Park, you’ll be right in the middle of the rolling sand dunes in no time. There are also some lovely little towns to explore in the surrounding area. Stroll through the narrow streets of the village of Well and visit Well Castle. Or you can drive to cities such as Nijmegen or Venlo in just half an hour. The historic town of Arcen is also highly recommended. Grab a spot on a lovely terrace on the banks of the River Maas or visit the famous Castle Gardens in Arcen. Take the children to Toverland in Sevenum, for example, learn all about strawberries at Het Aardbeienland in Horst, or let them run riot at Speelparadijs Ballorig.
