Positive experience:
It is very quiet. Easy to find. It takes a maximum of 30 minutes by car to get to larger towns. It feels like everything can be reached by boat. The park is clean and well maintained.
Points for improvement:
The dog area is very small. A fenced-in area where the dogs could run and play would be nicer. But, there is a place with rubbish bins and mostly poo bags. Also only a small minus.

You can rent bikes at the holiday park. Waterpark Belterwiede is located in the middle of the beautiful De Wieden nature reserve, which turns into the Weerribben nature reserve in the Kop van Overijssel.
