Positive experience:
Good location and not far from the beach. Laundry is also possible in the hotel as well as use of the swimming pool, fitness room etc.

Points for improvement:
Unfortunately the beds are not quite as good. A double bed is also missing. A microwave wouldn't be

Facilities of Bungalowpark Iselmar

There is plenty to enjoy during your holiday at Bungalowpark Iselmar. Sporthotel Iselmar is located approximately 150 metres from the bungalow park, and as a bungalow guest you can make free use of the facilities of this sports hotel. Take a dip in the swimming pool, relax in the sauna or the Turkish steam bath and work on your tan at the solarium. Hire a bicycle and discover the special Frisian surroundings. For a fee, you can use the squash court and bowling alley. There are also boats for hire from Iselmar Marina.

Restaurants at Bungalowpark Iselmar

Right on the waterfront of Iselmar is the Serre Restaurant which offers a beautiful view over the marina. An extensive breakfast buffet starts here in the morning and in the afternoon and evening you can enjoy lunch and dinner. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the terrace.

Surroundings Bungalowpark Iselmar

The surroundings of Bungalowpark Iselmar offer something for everyone. Visit the windmills of Woudsend, IJlst, Oudega and Oppenhuizen and admire the many orchids in the Orchid Farm. In addition, Museum Joure is highly recommended. This museum consists of 10 most authentic buildings such as factories and houses from around 1900. Bungalowpark Iselmar is also the place to be for water sports. Go sailing, kite surfing or take a canoe trip, for example. During the high season, various boat trips are organised from the area around Lemmer. You can request the available dates at the reception of Bungalowpark Iselmar.

Positive experience:
The bungalow park and surrounding attractions are easy to reach by public transport.
The park and associated hotel offer relaxation, fitness and/or pampering programmes. Activities such as sightseeing, shopping, excursions of all kinds and boat trips are also easy to organise from here.
The fact that we can easily charge our electric car at the hotel makes the bungalow park even more attractive for us.

Points for improvement:
The kitchen facilities could be a bit more extensive.
