Roompot Terherne Haven holiday park is located right on the water in the heart of Terherne in Friesland - a paradise for water sports fans and families looking for a relaxing break in the countryside. The modern holiday homes right on the harbour not only offer you comfort, but also a unique view of the water. Ideal for anyone who wants to discover the Frisian lake landscape - whether from a boat or on a stroll through the charming village.
The holiday park is compact, well organised and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spacious holiday homes are equipped with everything families need on holiday - including fully equipped kitchens, cosy living areas and waterfront terraces. Located right by the marina, you have the option of arriving with your own boat or hiring a boat nearby. Parking is available directly at the accommodation - convenient and free of charge.
There is also plenty for little explorers to do: A playground provides exercise in the fresh air, while the child-friendly park is ideal for families with younger children thanks to its quiet location. Thanks to its direct location on the water and the car-free zones in the park, you can let your little ones play and relax. There are also many child-friendly excursion destinations in the surrounding area - boredom is guaranteed to be a thing of the past here.
The "Picknickers" restaurant is located right by the harbour. You can have breakfast or lunch here in a relaxed atmosphere or dine on the terrace overlooking the water in fine weather. The menu offers a delicious selection - from freshly baked sandwiches to regional specialities. Ideal for an uncomplicated family evening without having to cook yourself.
The surroundings of Roompot Terherne Haven are perfect for excursions with the whole family. Discover the charming water village of Terherne with its small shops, cafés and the famous "Kameleondorp", which is a particular highlight for children. If it appears that the travelling party does not form a family, it will be charged an additional deposit. The additional group deposit is paid by the guest in accordance with the agreements made.
It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park on arrival.

Reservations can only be made by persons over 21 years old.
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet with you, you pay a pet surcharge per pet per night. If you cannot bring pets when making your reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
A maximum of 3 accommodations can be booked in 1 booking. More accommodation in 1 booking is a possibility.

Free cancellation within 3 days is only possible if the booking is made more than 45 days before arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a park to be completely fireworks-free. Sometimes fireworks are set off in the immediate vicinity of the park. In principle, setting off fireworks is not allowed. At the turn of the year, some parks may have an exception where a central spot is designated for setting off fireworks. The Guest Service or the park reception can provide more information about this. This exception only applies when it is legally permitted to set off fireworks.
