Je vind daar echt je rust helemaal als er geen andere Nederlanders te vinden zijn...
Heel veel muggen...en heel weinig in de buurt te doen..

Review of "Novasol Ferienpark Hohendorf" 6.0
Eigentlich war nur der Wellness-Bereich interessant. Aber die Temperarur vom Innenpool lag bei etwa 25 Grad und konnte nicht höher gestellt werden. An trüben Herbsttagen kommt da keine Gemütlichkeit/Wohlfühlatmophäre auf.
Der Whirpoll war in Ordung.
Dass auf die Heizsteine in der Sauna kein Aufguss erfolgen darf, stand NIRGENDWO und wurde uns auch vorher nicht mitgeteilt.
So gab es gleich am Anfang einen Kurzschluss, und wir waren 24 Stunden teilweise ohne Strom.
Später hieß es, wir hätten die Sicherungen ja wieder hoch stellen können. Aber der Sicherungskasten war "verschlossen", zumindest gab es ein Schloss davor. Dieses Schloss war aber nur optisch ein Schloss. Man hätte es öffnen können. Das jedoch hätten wir uns niemals getraut.
Da wir wussten, dass hohe(!) Zusatzkosten auf uns zukommen würden, wollten wir zu unserer eigenen Sicherheit Fotos von den Ständen machen. Dies war jedoch nicht erlaubt. Erst als wir am nächsten Tag darauf bestanden, durften wir am 3. Tag unseres Urlaubs die Stände fotografieren. Eine der Angestellten sagte, wir würden ihr und dem Mann an der Rezeption nicht vertrauen. Aber es geht nicht um Vertrauen, es geht um Zuversicht. So wurden wir anfangs auch "behandelt". Am ersten Tag meines Urlaubs war ich auf der Suche nach einem Haartrockner. Als ich telefonisch nachfragte, sagte man mir, sie hätten keine, weil sie kein Hotel seien. Und das bei einer saftigen Miete pro Woche plus Nebenkosten. Ich könnte einen Schal um mein nasses Haar binden. Dann hätten wir immer noch einen Haartrockner.

Dass es einen Kamin gab, das war positiv.
An dem Bungalow hat der Zahn der Zeit genagt. Von außen total verwittert und nicht renoviert.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das wurde dreckig und unsauber übergeben.Der Pool war täglich nur dann nutzbar wenn vorher die Ameisen die dort das Haus befallen haben durch das Personal abgesaugt wurden. Es standen überall im gesamten Haus Ameisenfallen rum,was sehr störend war da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten.
Die Nebenkosten für einen 14 tägigen Aufenthalt sind für Strom Wasser und Heizung gefinitiv zu hoch.
Das ganze Haus wirkte schmuddelig und wir sind froh den Urlaub beendet zu haben. Nie wieder Hohendorf

Nur das das Personal freundlich war aber keine Abhilfe des ungezieferbefalls schaffen könnte.Das Personal war überfordert.
Unsauberkeit,Ungezieferbefalls,extrem hohe Nebenkosten für Strom,Wasser und Heizung durch überhöhte Preise und schlechten Zustand der Häuser

If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
