Lovely chalet with all the trimmings. Bedrooms are a bit on the cramped side but I certainly don't see that as a negative.

Holiday park Eigen Wijze offers holidaymakers peace and quiet and nature. Guests at the holiday park don't have to be bored for a single moment. Go outside and play a game of tennis, or go fishing in the lake. In good weather, rent a canoe and explore the surrounding waters. After a wonderful day, relax in an authentic steam bath. This hot tub can be rented per weekend. Holiday park Eigen Wijze has one hot tub on the park which can be rented and these are suitable for 6 to 8 people.

At the Eigen Wijze holiday park children have free use of the available canoes, go-karts and play equipment. Moreover, there are plenty of outdoor activities at the park, namely a tennis court, table tennis table and a volleyball and football field. We also have an indoor play hall for the children!

Eigen Wijze holiday park does not have any restaurants. There is a supermarket and a bakery a short distance from the holiday park. In Lemmer, Emmeloord and surrounding villages you will find a wide range of restaurants.

The surroundings of Eigen Wijze holiday park are known for the great diversity of landscapes. You will see forests, marshlands, bulb fields, reed beds and meadows. Within cycling distance are old Zuiderzee towns such as Lemmer, Urk and Blokzijl. Here you will see many pleasure craft and is an excellent place to rent a boat and have a wonderful day on the water! There is also plenty to do in the area, such as a visit to the amusing museum village of Schokland, the Orchideeënhoeve and the Venice of the North; Giethoorn.
