Review of "Roompot Resort Arcen" 6.0

Wij hadden een comfort huisje gehuurd.
Bij de balie werd gezegd dat dit een standaard huisje was voorheen en dat het nu tot de comfort huisjes valt.
Dit viel ons toen we binnen kwamen wel wat tegen.
Dit omdat een comfort huisje op de site er strakker en comfortabeler uit zag/ziet.
Voor mijn idee hadden we gewoon een standaard kunnen boeken die zag er deels het zelfde uit.

Ruime huisjes, mooie ligging

Algemeen onderhoud slecht, huisjes dicht op elkaar, park straalde weinig sfeer uit qua terras, restaurant snackbar etc

Huis was vies, klantvriendelijkheid liet te wensen over.

Leuk voor de kids

Jammer dat er geen grote glijbaan is voor de kids in het binnenzwembad, alleen maar zwemmen is ook maar saai

De tuin voor de kids was erg leuk, midden in de bossen

Zeer slecht schoongemaakt, vloeren waren vies en plakte, douche en wc ook erg smerig, veel stof achter de banken en onder de bedden

Prima speeltuin

Bij boeking parkkosten betaalt. Blijkt dat je apart moet bijbetalen voor trampoline in speeltuin. Ook speeltijd tafelvoetbal etc was heel kort ( dus duur)
Kinderactiviteiten met animatieteam waren veelal afgestemd op kleuterleeftijd

Huisje lag wel met tuin tegen drukke straat die pal langs park liep

Dat het personeel bij de receptie binnen 10 minuten een ander huisje had geregeld, die wel aan onze verwachting voldeed, zonder bijbetaling. Leuke en grote speeltuin, kinderboerderij.

Zwembad was erg saai, verder was het prima
