Hooge Holt staat in een mooie omgeving met veel uitgangspunten om de omgeving te verkennen.

Ons chalet stond tegen de bosrand aan, dus heerlijk vrij.
Jammer dat de lichtpunten op vreemde plaatsen zaten. en dat je moet douchen naast het ligbad, zodat de hele badkamervloer nat werd.

Rustig. Veel groen.
Water in het zwembad was vooral voor wat kleinere kinderen veel te koud.

Ik heb van te voren contact gehad met t Hooge Holt imv referenties van mensen die klaagden dat de huisjes niet goed gepoetst werden.Wij hadden iemand in de familie die asmatisch was. Er was gepoetst dus ons viel dit niet tegen.
Dat er gerookt was en er een vreselijke geur hing vooral in de vloerbedekking en in de gordijnen. Huisjes waren gedateerd.

De speeltoestellen vonden we wat verouderd, kan zeker iets nieuws bij

Er is de hele dag door vanalles te doen voor de kinderen,georganiseerd door goede en vriendelijke/enthousiaste mensen
Jammer dat er geen echte camping winkel is. Maar de plus is er wel op loop/fiets afstand

Wasmachine/droger in het huisje zelf en genoeg ruimte rondom.
De trap in de woonkamer,wat onhandig met kleine kinderen.
