Schönes Haus und Garten
Wir hatten drei Tage kein warmes Wasser und keine Heizung-
Am ersten Tag morgens war kein warmes Wasser und Heizung vorhanden. Wurde dann repariert.
Am zweiten Tag wieder morgens kein warmes Wasser und Heizung. Techniker wurde repariert , am Nachmittag kam nochmals ein Techniker der dann sagte die Heizung/warmes Wasser es wäre jetzt richtig eingestellt.
Warmwasser und Heizung liefen dann bis 20. 9. Am 21.9. war wiederum Kein Warmwasser und Heizung da.
Am Nachmittag 15.00 Uhr kam dann ein Techniker und brachte die Heizung zum laufen. Sein Kommentar wenn dass wieder vorkommt muß die Elektronik ausgetauscht werden.
Wir sehen hierbei einen erheblichen Mangel des Hauses und mußten immer auf Techniker warten statt entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Ich hatte dann bei der Rezeption diesen erheblichen Mangel nochmals angesprochen und um eine entsprechende Preiserstattung gebeten - welche von Europarcs geprüft werden sollte.
Die Ausstattung bezgl. Geschirr/Besteck ist leider unzureichend.

We hadden verstopping in de wasbak in de douche en in de douchebak. Dit werd direct verholpen.
In de bungalow waren de pannen erg vet en vies. Ook enkele borden plakten aan elkaar van viezigheid. In de toilet rook het naar urine.

Dank zij het heerlijke weer, was het positieve dat de beide deuren naar het terras open gaan.
De keuken deur met heel veel moeite op slot gaat en soms helemaal niet.
Is probleem als je weg wil gaan.

Review of "EuroParcs Bad Hulckesteijn" 8.0
Verkehrsgünstige Lage und gepflegte Außen-/Grünanlagen.
Der Mix aus Dauerbewohner (Besitzer, welche über die Sommermonate auf dem Park leben) und Urlaubern ist extrem ungünstig. Zumindest für die Urlauber.
Dies kommt daher, dass ab 06:10 Uhr morgens die Dauerbewohner vom Park aus auf ihre Arbeit fahren und nach ihrer abendlichen Rückkehr - noch bis weit in die Nacht hinein - an ihren Häusern arbeiten. Daher sucht man abendliche bzw. nächtliche Ruhe vergebens.
...ganz zu schweigen von den Familienfeiern an den Wochenenden, welche mit Musik und lautem Lachen bis in die Morgenstunden andauern.
Die Damen und Herren meinen das bestimmt nicht böse, aber wer auch nur etwas Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier verkehrt.

Es dürfte das erste Mal gewesen sein, dass das beschriebene Haus auch genauso war, wie beschrieben und bebildert. Und wir waren schon in einigen Ferienparks als Urlauber zu Gast.
Das die beiden Schlafzimmer auf diese Seite ausgerichtet waren, wo die "Nachbarn" ihre Terrasse bzw. Außenanlage mit Sitzbereich hatten/haben.

Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schick
Manches was gut aussieht, ist nicht praktisch. Wir haben dann doch alle Besen gefunden (im Schlafzimmer) und zur Heizung in dem Schrank in der Küche gestellt. Ich konnte den Handfeger, da ich zu klein bin, nicht entdecken
Die Betten sind okay aber nicht riesig

Man konnte von dort sehr gut Radtouren starten. Abgesehen von dem in der Nähe liegenden Industriegebiet eine sehr schöne Gegend.
Wir haben tolle Radtouren gemacht.
Liegt in der Nähe eines Industriegebietes.
Aber war auch egal.

Sehr geräumig, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Terrasse mit Garten.
Eine Klimaanlage oder vielleicht ein großer Deckenventilator wäre schön gewesen. Die Unterkunft hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Wir hatten teilweise 34 Grad in der Unterkunft.
Der Außenbereich könnte ein bisschen gepflegter aussehen. Wir hätten uns auch über Liegen gefreut.
