Snelle reactie naar klachten.
Bij het moment van inchecken wordt geen melding gedaan dat er nog geen linnenpakket aanwezig is. Men mag verwachten dat wanneer je vanaf 15.00 uur in het huisje kan, alles ook in orde is en alles aanwezig is waarvoor betaald is. Lukt dit niet dan hadden ze dit bij inchecken moeten melden. Nu moesten we weer terug naar de ingang van het park om klachten te melden

Mooi park, lekker rustig en alles is dichtbij, supermarkt er tegen over en er is veel in de buurt te bezichtigen alles ligt in de buurt. Valkenburg, dierentuin, kasteel etc hooguit een half uur rijden ideaal

We hadden een afdakje heerlijk we konden lang buiten zitten en uit de zon zonder dat je steeds een parasol nodig had en beleef schuiven

Personeel is erg vriendelijk. We kregen vuilnis niet in de container, dit zouden ze meteen oplossen. We hadden stoelleuning gebroken en dat zou ook opgelost worden.
Goede en genoeg informatie bij aankomst.
Locatie is super voor o.a. Brunssum, Brunssummerheide, Blote Voetenpark en vast nog veel meer.
Huisjes en tuinen zien er nieuw en netjes uit.
Voldoende parkeerplaatsen bij de ingang.
Park was nog niet af.
Muntjes voor wegbrengen vuilnis, onhandig. Ook vuilniscontainer met muntjes werkte niet, muntje erin en daarna proberen klep open te doen, lukte niet.
Mag niet BBQ-en met vuur (wel elektrisch).
Huisjes staan behoorlijk dicht bij elkaar.

Mooi, netjes en praktisch ingericht. Geen telling van bestek, ruim voldoende servies en bestek aanwezig. Vaatwasser, onderzetters, snijplanken. Ruime badkamers beide met los douche en bad. Woonkamerbank was groot, iedereen kon er zitten, ook eettafel en tuinmeubels voldoende. Terras was prima. Kamers allemaal met lege en schone kledingkast. Overal tegels of laminaat. De vorige bewoners hadden wat praktische zaken achtergelaten, zoals afwasmiddel, zeeppompje, lucifers, wc- en keukenpapier. Erg fijn, hebben wij dus ook gedaan. Beneden ruimte genoeg, door gebrek aan "kast"meubels. Ramen en deuren konden helemaal open. Overal gordijnen voor te doen, tegen inkijk of mat glas. Koel- en losse diepvrieskast.
Huisje is vrijwel geheel van plastic, daardoor erg gehorig en warm (met warm weer). Miste horren tegen de insecten. Tuin kleiner dan verwacht. Miste wat ophanghaken voor handdoeken in bad- en slaapkamers. Miste laag kastje in woonkamer voor gezamenlijke spullen, zoals spelletjes. Miste broodmes en houten spatels in de keuken. Tuinstoelen waren wat slap en vertoonden witte plekken van "slijtage", we hebben er daardoor helaas eentje gebroken. Onhandig niet soepel lopend deursysteem. Gordijnen waren wat dun en vrijwel overal inkijk.

Mooi park in een prachtige omgeving. Mooie huisjes/chalets, ligging op mooie percelen en verschillende hoogtes.
Er is geen kleine parkwinkel, er is nagenoeg niets te doen voor kinderen op een zwemvijver en één enkel speeltoestel na.

Huisje was ruim en liggend op een mooi perceel
Slaapkamers zeer klein, niet genoeg servies/bestek. Huisje was niet goed genoeg schoongemaakt. Er ontbreekt een emmer of afwasteil. Op één slaapkamer stonden plastic krukjes als nachttafel.

Review of "EuroParcs Brunssummerheide" 7.0
De ligging van het park is prachtig, mooi heuvelachtig met veel bomen en grenzend aan de Brunssumerheide. Er staan ook mooie chalets. In de buurt veel te doen, dicht bij Valkenburg, Maastricht enz.
Er wordt volop gebouwd aan het park en aan de nieuwe receptie, dus de hele dag reden graafmachines e.d. af en aan door het park en dat begint al vroeg. Er stond pal achter ons chalet ook een container voor groenafval en daar werd de eerste dag gelijk al continue grond in gestort zodat wij in grote stofwolken zaten. Hiervoor ben ik gelijk naar de receptie gegaan en dit is vervolgens wel opgelost, geen stort meer geweest en paar dagen later werd container verwijderd. Alleen jammer dat ze dit van te voren niet hadden bedacht.

Prachtige 4 persoonschalet met comfortabele, mooie inrichting, vaatwasser en lekkere bedden.
Het had schoner gekund. Er waren nog kringen te zien op de wasbak in de badkamer en ook de kranen waren niet echt schoon. Ook veel kruimels in de combimagnetron en in de laadjes van de keuken. Op het kaartje van de schoonmaakdienst stond dat ze op 1 juli hadden schoongemaakt terwijl wij op 22 juli in het chalet kwamen....

Nieuwe stacaravan, mooie omgeving
Continue bouwverkeer en bouwwerkzaamheden van 7 uur 's ochtends tot na 10 uur 's avonds.
Verder behalve mogelijkheid om te zwemmen in natuurbad en snackbar geen faciliteiten.

Pal voor bouwkeet en oude stacaravan waar poolse bouwvakkers in gehuisvest waren.

HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
